Life’s distractions, negative individuals, and other external “brain drainers” might leave you with hurdles to overcome as a daily positive thinker. The good news is that you may learn to reprogram your brain to help you stay cheerful through difficult situations.
Try the following seven suggestions to help train your brain to be positive:
1. Everyday Gratitude

Every night, keep a notepad, a pad, a pen, or your phone with the thankfulness app next to your bed. Make it a practice to jot down at least three things you’re grateful for when you get up each morning. It might be anything from family and career to a good night’s sleep or the sunrise in the morning. Whatever is good in your life deserves a letter of gratitude from your spirit. When we concentrate on being grateful, our gratitude grows.
If it’s tough to come up with something right soon, remember that something JUST HAPPENED for which you may be glad… you woke up today. That opportunity does not come to everyone.
2. Stay Focus
Keeping your focus throughout the day can assist you avoid getting distracted by negative energy that seeks to eat your confident, optimistic attitude. Many hobbies, such as yoga, meditation, deep breathing, wandering in nature, or any other activity that relaxes your mind, can help you find balance. When your mind stops thinking negatively, you allow your spirit to speak. A good centering practice produces relaxing energy that surrounds the body.
As a result, you acquire an unbreakable spirit that will undoubtedly assist you in remaining positive.
3. Continue to be Active
“An idle mind is the devil’s factory,” as the saying goes. Negative energy has little power when the mind is focused on successfully completing the day’s program. “But what about external shocks from other people or bad experiences?” you may ask. ”
Things will always come up while you are remaining busy and focused on happily finishing your day, but that is where the other exercises, such as maintaining centered, can eventually help you stay positive throughout.
4. Eat, Drink, and Sleep Well
Food, hydration, and sleep have all been shown to have a significant impact on our mood and mental health for hundreds of years. According to one research, vitamin deficiencies alone can induce mental health deficits that can lead to stress, anxiety, sadness, addictions, and other psychological illnesses.
5. Support Humanity
Sometimes helping others stay optimistic is the greatest way to help yourself stay positive throughout the day. When people are low, they require encouragement the most. Instead of avoiding their negative energy out of fear of it spreading to you, dive right in.
Use your cheerful attitude to help shed the sunshine on their day! You will know that you have generated a ripple effect and amplified the positive energy in your area when you leave the scene. This energy will be returned to you tenfold.
6. Work on the subconscious and inner healing
To have a pleasant experience on the outside, we must sometimes unearth and release the old bad experience that is stuck on the inside. Tapping, affirmations, NLP, and mirror work are all excellent places to begin. The road of self-discovery has the potential to heal the original wound caused by our childhood, a broken relationship, or a traumatic experience.
7. Follow your emotions.
Making sure you’re doing what you love is one of the best things you can do to stay optimistic throughout the day! If your work or activity makes you feel guilty or brings you further away from where you want to be in life, it’s time to change things up.
Write down three activities you enjoy doing, then three good improvements you want to see in the world. Compare this to your existing way of life and observe how they align. One of the most crucial components of remaining optimistic throughout life is to be in harmony with what your mind desires. Trust us, it makes things a LOT simpler!
